一. 簡介Brief Introduction

      調節板式纖維過濾器，主要由殼體、安裝在殼體內的固定支撐多孔板和調節多孔板，固定在固定支撐多孔板與調節多孔板之間的纖維束濾元，以及安裝在殼體上的進水口和出水口組成。為了獲得良好的清洗效果，該設備還設置有清洗空氣入口和出口。

      調節多孔板通過固定調節裝置固定在殼體上，纖維束濾元一端通過優質尼龍繩索固定在調節多孔板上，該繩索的富余長度等于纖維束濾元在工作和清洗時需要的伸縮距離，另一端連接在固定支撐多孔板上。這種結構形式的高效纖維過濾器調節多孔板在過濾器工作時通常保持靜止狀態，不受水流影響而隨纖維濾層的壓縮或放松而移動，不易磨損和出現機械故障。
